Jed remoted in & did what I expected of a support technician, looked at current state & reset my user profile to a current version & all is fine now.

When I logged out & later logged in, my Windows profile was set back to all default settings & all my personal settings & apps were gone from my desktop. Everything seemed fine & even a bit more faster. Did the Registry Defrag scan & then the fix. Ran the scan & fixed what it found which gave me some improvement.
